この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、Yozoneko(以下「開発者」)が提供する Android アプリ「YozoSync」
(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、
本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリの内容
- 本アプリは、利用者の端末内のフォルダと、利用者自身の Google ドライブとの間でファイルを同期します
- 開発者はサーバーを運営しておらず、同期されるファイルの内容を受け取ることも保存することもありません。
情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めます
- Google ドライブへのアクセスには、Google による本アプリの審査(制限付きスコープに対する年次のセキュリティ評価)が
必要です。本アプリの同期機能は、この審査が維持されていることを前提としています
2. 無料版と Pro 版
- 無料版: 手動での同期ができます。広告が表示されることがあります
- Pro 版: 自動同期、除外パターンの設定、広告なしの機能が加わります
- Pro 版の購入は Google Play の決済システムを通じて行われます。買い切り(一回払い)と、
提供している場合は月額の定期購入があります
3. 買い切りの意味
買い切りとは、本アプリが提供されている間、追加の支払いなしで Pro 版の機能を利用できることをいいます。
本アプリが将来にわたって永久に提供されることを保証するものではありません。
提供を終了する場合の取り扱いは第 5 条に定めます。
4. 利用者の責任
- 本アプリは利用者の設定と操作に従って同期を行います。両側で編集されたファイルは両方の版を残し、
削除は退避先へ移すなどの安全策を備えていますが、重要なデータは本アプリとは別の方法でもバックアップしてください
- Google アカウントおよび Google ドライブの利用は、Google の定める規約に従ってください
- 本アプリを法令または公序良俗に反する目的で利用しないでください
5. 本アプリの提供の終了
開発者は、第 1 条の審査を継続できなくなった場合、その他やむを得ない事情がある場合に、
本アプリの提供を終了することがあります。終了する場合は、次のとおり取り扱います。
- 終了日の 60 日前までに、本アプリ内、本サイト、および Google Play のストア掲載情報で告知します
- 告知した日から、Pro 版の新規販売を停止します
- 終了日からさかのぼって 12 か月以内に買い切りを購入した方には、購入額の全額を返金します。
返金は Google Play の注文に対して開発者が行うため、利用者からの申請は必要ありません
- 月額の定期購入は、終了日以降は請求しません
- 端末内のファイルと Google ドライブ上のファイルは、終了によって削除されることはなく、そのまま残ります
6. 免責
- 開発者は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、同期が常に設定どおりの間隔で行われること、
利用者の目的に適合することを保証しません。自動同期の間隔は目安であり、Android の省電力機能により遅れることがあります
- 本アプリの利用により利用者に損害が生じた場合、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、
開発者の責任は利用者が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします
- 本条は、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により認められない範囲では適用されません
7. 本規約の変更
開発者は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能の変更に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。
改定した場合は本ページで告知し、利用者に不利益となる重要な変更は本アプリ内でもお知らせします。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern the use of the Android application “YozoSync” (“the app”) provided by
Yozoneko (“the developer”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. What the app does
- The app synchronises files between a folder on the user's device and the user's own Google Drive.
- The developer operates no server and never receives or stores the contents of synchronised files.
See the privacy policy for how information is handled.
- Access to Google Drive requires Google's review of the app (an annual security assessment for
restricted scopes). The app's sync feature depends on that review remaining in good standing.
2. Free and Pro
- Free: manual sync. Ads may be shown.
- Pro: adds automatic sync, custom exclude patterns and removes ads.
- Pro is purchased through Google Play billing, either as a one-time purchase or, where offered,
as a monthly subscription.
3. What “one-time purchase” means
A one-time purchase gives you the Pro features for as long as the app is offered, with no further
payment. It is not a guarantee that the app will be offered forever. Section 5 sets out what
happens if the app is discontinued.
4. Your responsibilities
- The app syncs according to your settings and actions. It keeps both versions of a file edited in two
places and moves deletions to a holding area rather than deleting outright, but you should keep a
separate backup of anything important.
- Your use of your Google account and Google Drive is subject to Google's terms.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Discontinuation
The developer may discontinue the app if the review described in section 1 can no longer be maintained,
or for other unavoidable reasons. In that case:
- Notice will be given at least 60 days before the end date, in the app, on this site and in the
Google Play listing.
- New sales of Pro will stop on the day the notice is given.
- Anyone who made a one-time purchase within the 12 months before the end date will be refunded in full.
The developer issues the refund against the Google Play order, so no request is needed.
- Monthly subscriptions will not be charged after the end date.
- Files on your device and in your Google Drive are not deleted and remain as they are.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The developer does not warrant that the app is free of defects, that sync always runs at the configured
interval, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. The automatic sync interval is a guide and may be
delayed by Android's power management.
- Except in cases of the developer's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer's liability for
any loss arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- This section does not apply to the extent it is prohibited by consumer protection law or other mandatory law.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised in response to changes in law or in the app. Revisions will be announced on this
page; significant changes that affect users adversely will also be announced in the app.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has agreed jurisdiction in the first
instance over any dispute relating to the app.
